Clean & Jerk (alternating) @- 50/35kg 60/45kg 80/55kg Note: Teams will decide which weight to use, and begin to perform alternating reps (with one bar). No matter which load the teams choose, every 20 completed reps, they will perform 20 synchronized Burpees Over Bar.
